Investment in your Future
At NOČITVE ANGELINA Zofija Škrabl s.p., we are engaged in tourism – offering accommodations in the natural environment of Rogaška Slatina. To gain a competitive advantage, we invested in building our own swimming pool, created a walking path with herbs and fragrances, and obtained the ECO Daisy certificate. We also carried out energy renovation of our accommodation facilities and optimized operations both on the purchasing and sales side. Due to customer demands and the desire to increase company credibility, especially with foreign business partners, we need to transform our company status from sole proprietorship (s.p.) to limited liability company (d.o.o.) for further normal business development. For this purpose, we will carry out a universal status transformation and transfer all operations from s.p. to d.o.o. To this end, we have obtained funds for the status transformation through the SLOVENIAN ENTERPRISE FUND public call:
PRVAV-11 – Voucher for company status transformation
As part of the activities related to the implementation of “Status Transformation of Company Nočitve Angelina Zofija Škrabl s.p.”, we plan to realize the following activities:
– review of existing operations and preparation of necessary financial statements for transformation,
– auditing of financial statements,
– preparation of all legal documents required for transformation,
– notarization of documents,
– handling the registration of the new company with relevant authorities.
All activities will be carried out by APM Posvet Ana Pogačnik s.p.
Project implementation period: 09.2022 to 12.2022
For the project, we will receive subsidized funds – approved funding from the SLOVENIAN ENTERPRISE FUND in the amount of €5,000.
